Rhubarb Dump Cake.

4 cups of diced Rhubarb
2 - 3oz boxes of strawberry jello
1/2 cup of sugar (or 1 pint apple sauce)
1 package of white cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1 cup cold water

In a 9 x 13 pan coat with cooking spray
Layer ingredients, do not mix.
Spread rhubarb in bottom of pan.
Sprinkle jello mix over rhubarb.
Sprinkle sugar over jello (or apple sauce)
Put dry cake mix over everything, spread evenly.
Melt butter and drip over cake mix.
pour water over everything.

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Eat plain or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
