Today? Nothing yet....yesterday? Ordered a new Toyota Tundra and a new Silverado 1500 with the diesel.....we will see which one shows up first, the premium gas sucking 6.2 can go away...lol
Zman, if it’s not AWD, get a donut from a boneyard. Then a bottle jack. Neither take much room, and those bottle jacks a Godsend for boat trailer tire changes.. good luck with new vechicle. I just bought one of those compressors, they are super accurate and fill tire to exact pressure you set it too. Quite pleased with it for $30.
Some type of those tires are called "runflats". I first noticed them on my friends BMW 30 years ago.
Having changed a few flats on various roadways I will just say it is undesireable to change a flat on any road given that most roads are not level enough to accomadate any car on an unstable jack.
Changing a flat on a busy road...........we can all envision the joy involved there
My Jeep came with a full tank of gas but I found out this morning it didn't come with a spare tire or jack?? Instead it has some kind of air inflator that supposed to fill the flat tire and will last for 100 miles. Did some searches and seems like many other manufactures are going this same route. Don't like it but not sure if I want to spend whatever to buy a tire and jack. I'll have to watch some videos to find out more.
